YPO CONNECTS MORE THAN 11,000 MEMBERS IN MORE THAN 90 nations

The strength of YPO lies in its members whose collective intelligence, wisdom and passion for excellence form a vast network of peers to help each other become better leaders, spouses, parents and people. Despite more than 50 years of adaptation to meet changing economic, social, political and technological realities, YPO remains true to its core values — an organization of young leaders committed to sharing their individual and collective resources to help one another learn and grow.

More than 175 local chapters set the organization’s agenda, representing a rich international perspective. Chapters meet an average of 10 times per year for a wide range of one-of-a-kind educational programs and unique experiential learning events that often include the entire family.

Within each chapter are smaller groups of about a dozen members organized as a Forum. Forums reflect the core of YPO — a safe haven where young leaders faced with similar personal and professional challenges gather to share experiences and consult each other in absolute confidence. Forum members help each other navigate through business and life.
